How does it works?
Li-ion battery has become a kind of best and the most practical secondary battery.
Carbon material cathode stores a large number of Li-ion; anode is Li-ion transition
metal oxide and phosphide , such as LiCoO2 and LiFePO4, etc. The eletrolyte is
lithia organic solution. Li-ion battery features high operating voltage (3.6V),
high energy density (3 and 1.5 times of Ni/Cd and Ni/MH battery respectively),
totally no memory low local action(15% of Ni-MH), safe and environment friendly. |

What are Proporties of Li-ion
Battery?
Compared with the widely
used Ni-Cd and Ni-MxH battery, commercial Li-ion battery features:
High working voltage (4.2-3.6V), equivalent to three Ni-Cd and Ni-MxH batteries.
High energy density, i.e.140Wh/Kg,
350Wh/l, equal to four times of Ni-Cd battery and two times of Ni-MxH battery.
Moreover, its energy density increases by 5% yearly.
High
energy efficiency, i.e. Li-ion battery: 99%, Ni-MxH: 55-65%, NiCd: 55-75%.
Low local action, generally
less than 6%.
Long cycle
life.
No memory effect.
No heavy metal and toxin,
environment friendly, real green power.
Heavy
current charge and discharge.
